Rates
$125 per 50-minute session

Insurance
I am only on a limited number of insurance panels. You would need to check with your particular insurance carrier. If I am not on your insurance, you have the option of using your out-of-network benefits. You would pay me, and then I would provide you with a bill of services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash and check are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
